Bagi kawan kawan pemain game online Point Blank, ada event menarik yang wajib diikuti yaitu Point Blank National Championship 2 (PBNC 2). Kompetisi nasional Point Blank akan dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober sampai Desember 2010, dengan peserta dari seluruh Indonesia, dijamin Turnamen Point Blank kali ini bakal seru abis. Berikut ini adalah pengumuman resmi lomba Point Blank nasional 2010 (PBNc 2).

Inilah event terbesar di jagad game online Indonesia dan merupakan event nasional terbesar pertama di Indonesia untuk genre FPS online game. Tak pelak lagi, Point Blank National Championship (PBNC) adalah event pertama yang mengapresiasikan bakat-bakat gamers FPS di Indonesia dan membawa mereka ke level kompetisi yang lebih tinggi, yaitu tingkat nasional. Di event ini, Troopers terbaik di tiap-tiap kota yang menggelar babak penyisihan saling berhadapan di PBNC untuk membawa nama daerah serta kebanggaannya dan berusaha menjadi yang terbaik.

Tahun ini PBNC 2 akan lebih baik lagi. Mulai dari tempat penyisihan, total hadiah dan tentunya kehebohannya! Di PBNC 2 ini, kami akan mengadakan babak penyisihan di kota-kota yang lebih banyak lagi untuk menjaring Troopers di seluruh Indonesia yang luput dari kesempatan berlaga di PBNC tahun lalu. Kalau tahun lalu babak penyisihan hanya diadakan di 6 kota besar dan online competition di 6 kota lainnya, PBNC 2 kali ini akan diadakan 13 kota besar Indonesia. Total hadiah untuk PBNC 2 inipun berlipat ganda dari sebelumnya yaitu mencapai

PERSYARATAN PESERTA:

  1. Terbuka untuk umum dan WNI.
  2. Team terdiri dari 5 pemain + 1 cadangan.
  3. Pengunaan nama team yang sama hanya diperboleh:
    1. Penyisihan luar Jakarta : 2 team
    2. Penyisihan Jakarta : 4 team
  4. Pendaftaran dilakukan dengan mengisi formulir pada daerah penyisihan masing-masing.
  5. Team yang telah menjadi Juara 1 di salah satu penyisihan tidak diperbolehkan mengikuti penyisihan daerah lain.
  6. Masing-masing peserta hanya diperbolehkan bermain dalam 1 team dan hanya untuk 1 ID (tidak boleh diwakilkan)
  7. Pengundian Bagan Pertandingan dilakukan secara acak pada saat Technical Meeting.

PERATURAN PERTANDINGAN:
Format pemain: 5 vs 5 players
ALL WEAPON ALLOWED KECUALI C-5, WEAPON dari M4 supply Kit, Dual K – 413 (HE)

  • Mode: Bomb Mission
  • Waktu tiap ronde: 3 menit
  • Sistem pertandingan
    • Sistem: gugur
    • Win Round: 5 round CT dan 5 Round Free Rebel
    • Map: Dipilih 1 map dengan cara diundi dari pilihan berikut:
      1. Downtown
      2. Luxville
      3. Stormtube
      4. Outpost
      5. Blow City
      6. Sentry Base
    • Win condition: jumlah total score (agregat) yang diperoleh dalam 1 pertandingan/map. Tim yang jumlah total scorenya lebih besar di dalam 1 map tersebut adalah pemenang pada pertandingan itu. (Pemasangan C-4 dan defuse C-4 juga akan mendapatkan penilaian sendiri. Ketika tim Rebel berhasil memasang C-4 dan memastikannya berhasil meledakkan site maka akan diberikan penambahan nilai 1. Begitu juga dengan Tim CT yang berhasil mendefuse Bom C-4 yang telah aktif akan mendapatkan penambahan nilai 1 tapi penilaian ini hanya akan diberlakukan apabila terjadi draw pada 1 pertandingan)
  • Tim side ditentukan dengan toss koin.
  • Map akan diundi oleh pihak panitia/tim Gemscool pada saat technical meeting.
  • Pergantian pemain/cadangan tidak boleh dilakukan pada saat pertandingan sedang berlangsung (dalam 1 pertandingan = CT + FR).
  • Apabila pada saat pertandingan hendak dimulai suatu team mengalami kekurangan jumlah peserta, maka pertandingan akan dilanjutkan dengan jumlah anggota team yang hadir, kecuali bila hanya terdapat 2 orang anggota yang hadir maka akan dinyatakan gugur.
  • Peserta wajib melakukan registrasi ulang di tempat event dan diwajibkan hadir 30 menit sebelum pertandingan. Peserta yang tidak hadir akan dinyatakan WO.
  • Pemanggilan peserta akan dilakukan oleh panitia max 3 kali dalam waktu 15 menit sebelum jadwal team bertanding. Peserta yang tidak hadir akan dinyatakan WO.
  • Peserta diperbolehkan membawa segala equipment yang diperlukan untuk kompetisi (Mouse, Keyboard, headset, mousepad)
  • Peserta tidak diperbolehkan mencolokkan USB drive flash disk dan menginstall software atau driver apa pun.
  • Pertandingan akan diulang bila terjadi disconnected  pada salah satu anggota dibawah 3 Ronde (total 3 ronde Free Rebels dan CT) lewat dari 3 ronde pertandingan tetap berlanjut.
  • Pertandingan akan diulang bila terjadi disconnected secara massal (jika lebih dari 3 orang). Jika terjadi pada saat pertandingan kurang dari 3 round maka akan diulang tapi apabila terjadi saat pertandingan sudah lebih dari 3 round maka nilai yang didapat akan tetap dihitung.
  • Apabila peserta ketahuan dengan sengaja melakukan sabotase, maka akan dinyatakan gugur dan akan dikenakan sanksi berupa pembayaran atas semua billing dan biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh pihak Gemscool. (ex: melakukan uninstall Point Blank Online pada komp yang akan digunakan, melakukan restart PC tanpa seizin pihak Gemscool, dll).
  • Dilarang MEROKOK disekitar wilayah pertandingan.
  • Warning kepada tim akan diberikan apabila:
    • Flaming/kata-kata kasar dikenakan sanksi: Warning 1
    • Dengan sengaja memperlambat jalannya pertandingan. Contoh: bermain di room lain ketika akan bertanding, setting mouse, keyboard, ataupun seting konfigurasi yang terlalu lama (setting hanya diberikan waktu selama 5 menit). Sanksi: Warning 1
    • Pada saat juri/panitia memberikan command kepada Room Master untuk memulai (start) pertandingan, namun Room Master tidak segera memulainya, maka team tersebut akan dikenakan sanksi: Warning 1. Bila juri/panitia kembali meminta Room Master untuk start namun masih tidak dilakukan juga maka akan kembali dikenakan sanksi Warning 2 dan dinyatakan kalah WO.
    • Tim yang melihat pertandingan ketahuan memberitahukan petunjuk kepada tim yang sedang bermain. Sanksi: Warning 1 kepada kedua team.
    • Ada salah satu anggota tim meninggalkan tempat pertandingan ketika timnya sedang bertanding (kecuali cadangan). Sanksi: Warning 1
    • Perilaku tidak sopan (menaikkan kaki ke kursi saat bertanding, menggebuk meja/keyboard dan apa pun yang menimbulkan kegaduhan). Sanksi: Warning 1
    • Melakukan pergantian title di luar waktu yang disediakan (sebelum pertandingan dimulai) baik dengan seijin maupun tidak dengan seijin juri/pengawas akan dikenakan sanksi: Warning 1 (waktu yang disediakan sebelum pertandingan dimulai adalah termasuk dalam 5 menit persiapan dan pemasangan equipment, sedangkan waktu yang disediakan saat change side adalah 1 menit).
    • Melakukan suicide (bunuh diri) setelah bomb dipasang dengan alasan apapun akan dikenakan sanksi: Warning 2 (juri/panitia yang berhak menentukannya). Berlaku baik untuk pihak CT maupun FR.
    • Melakukan tindakan tidak menghormati lawan dengan melakukan walk out saat pertandingan berlangsung karena telah mengetahui teamnya memiliki nilai/score yang memastikannya menang. Sanksi: Warning 1.
  • Total maksimum warning untuk team adalah 2, pada warning ke 3 peserta (team) akan dinyatakan  kalah WO.
  • Sistem Warning akan diakumulasi hanya pada hari tersebut (hari berikutnya akan direset).
  • Juri tidak diperbolehkan memberitahukan kepada peserta yang sedang bertanding jumlah score maupun hasil defuse/exploded yang dilakukan oleh peserta tersebut. Pemberitahuan hanya dilakukan saat pertandingan berakhir.
  • Pemain tidak diperbolehkan untuk bertanya jumlah score maupun hasil defuse/exploded dalam pertandingan. Pemberitahuan hanya dilakukan saat pergantian side.
  • Ketua team wajib menandatangani form penilaian. Bila penilaian telah sesuai dengan apa yang terjadi namun peserta menolak menandatangani, maka dinyatakan kalah WO. Dan bila ada pertanyaan setelah menandatangani form penilaian maka Juri/Panitia tidak akan menanggapinya.
  • Saat pertandingan berlangsung chat yang diperbolehkan hanya CHAT TEAM.
  • Saat salah satu anggota mengalami disconnected, mohon tidak melakukan kegiatan apapun dengan keyboard (away from keyboard) dan segera memberitahukan kepada juri/panitia mengenai masalah disconnected ini.
  • Waktu untuk setting equipment dan penggunaan title MAX 5 menit.
  • MATI HARUS 1st PERSON VIEW
  • Peraturan dan ketentuan dapat berubah sewaktu–waktu tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu.
  • Keputusan juri adalah mutlak dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat.
  • Seluruh peserta WAJIB menghormati peserta lainnya.
  • SEGALA MACAM BENTUK PENGGUNAAN BUGS AKAN DIKENAKAN PENALTI DISKUALIFIKASI TEAM.
  • TEAM YANG TIDAK HADIR DALAM TECHNICAL MEETING DINYATAKAN TELAH MENYETUJUI DAN MENGETAHUI SEGALA PERATURAN DAN KETENTUAN YANG ADA. DILUAR DARI TECHNICAL MEETING JURI/PANITIA TIDAK AKAN MEMBERITAHUKAN ATAU PUN, MENGULANGI PEMBACAAN DAN PENJELASAN PERATURAN DAN KETENTUAN YANG ADA
    BILA ADA PESERTA/TEAM YANG TERLIBAT DALAM PERKELAHIAN/KERIBUTAN BAIK ITU     MENIMBULKAN KERUGIAN SECARA MATERIAL ATAUPUN TIDAK MAKA PESERTA/TEAM TERSEBUT AKAN DISERAHKAN KEPADA APARAT BERWENANG DAN DITINDAK SESUAI DENGAN HUKUM YANG BERLAKU, DAN ID CHARACTER PESERTA/TEAM AKAN DI SUSPEND / BAN SELAMA 3 BULAN.
    PESERTA/TEAM YANG MENGIKUTI EVENT POINT BLANK DIANGGAP TELAH MENGETAHUI DAN SETUJU DENGAN PERATURAN-PERATURAN DAN SANKSI-SANKSI YANG TERDAPAT DALAM PERATURAN EVENT.
  • JIKA ADA UPDATE CONTENT SENJATA/ ITEM/MAPS SETELAH DARI RULES DAN REGULATION INI DIKELUARKAN TIDAK AKAN MAKA MAP/SENJATA/ITEM TERSEBUT TIDAK DAPAT DIGUNAKAN SELAMA PBNC BERLANGSUNG.
